"After getting responses from unavailable or out of budget vendors while we were on the mad search for a caterer 11 months before the wedding, Crystal Springs was an absolute miracle! We first worked with Stacy Rock to determine the menu and tasting, and then with Rachel Crow to bring everything together leading up to the wedding. She and Bob came out for the venue visit so it was great to meet the team behind CSC! We had a few dietary considerations and palette preferences that the team had no problem accommodating for our tasting. The risotto that was to be plated for our vegetarian guests was so good that we wanted a portion for ourselves! I can't say enough how delicious the yogurt stuffed peppers and cheese filled dates were - they were a total hit. The portions were generous for our family style meal; not a single guest left hungry. The staff was so accommodating, from breaking down the ceremony chairs during cocktail hour and pouring for wine service on a minute's notice (bride brain completely forgot this detail when discussing specifics earlier in the week), to a total kitchen clean up and packing of all leftover cake and beverages and hauling everything to our cars. Rachel was a dream to work with. She was prompt, responsive, and answered all of my ridiculous questions about food allergens. She ran the cocktail hour and dinner service flawlessly, and even stopped by our table to make sure that everything was delicious (it absolutely was). We were so happy to have CSC in our vendor team; we really couldn't have dreamed for better food or service."
